Team Elite is the only U.S. based training group for Professional and Elite Swimmers that is not supplemented by a resource rich, Division I University.

Coach David Marsh is the visionary behind Team Elite and the concept put more athletes on the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team than any other program, with Marsh & company leading the U.S. to the most medals in Olympic team history. An incredible feat given USA Swimming's past Olympic success.

This is the first ever Team Elite fundraiser, and the funding will allow David to take the program to an even higher level. Team Elite would like to cover athletes’ pool time, meet entry fees, travel, camps, hire an assistant coach as well as an administrative assistant, purchase new training equipment and bring on speaker and specialists in Physiology, Biometrics, Massage Therapy, and Sports Psychiatry. International athletes have always been a part of Team Elite, but this quad has led to Brazil's top sprinter, Matheus Santana, along with Japan's marquee backstroker, Ryosuke Irie joining Team Elite, as well as Coach Marsh's recently announced role as as an advisor to Israel Swimming. This global vision will allow Team Elite to have the best of the best training together with the shared goal of swimming as fast as possible in Tokyo 2020.

To get there, Team Elite needs YOUR help. Become a part of Team Elite's journey by supporting their funding for training, travel, competition, dry-land specialists and more. By supporting Team Elite, you will not only get to engage with Coach Marsh and the athletes, you'll literally become a part of the team as well as have the swimmers' and coaches' eternal gratitude.

Team Elite will need $1M to take the program to the next level for the 2020 quad and that option is available if your company or family would like naming rights to the team. Either way, we're launching our first ever annual fundraiser to bring the program even more success and create experiences for you that otherwise wouldn't exist.

The athletes' eyes are already set on Tokyo 2020. Now let's help them get there and fuel their dreams when they need it most - during the training and preparation seasons before The Games that don't always get the coverage these world class athletes deserve.

Let's do this and let's go!

With Love & Respect,
Coach Marsh & Team Elite
